淘金者酒店 - 貴族山莊酒店 (Argonaut Hotel, a Noble House Hotel)

非常有感覺的一個古老的酒店，就在漁人碼頭，海邊，附近也比較的方便。各個設施都有，所以整體來説OK，但建議還是獨家來的時候，再住。

Great location next to Fisherman's Warf (which is next to the Ghirardelli square and the trolley stop and the piers and several food places). Overnight parking is available for a fee and their valet service was pretty quick. The room was large and comfortable. I didn't try the restaurant or bar, so no comments about them; it did look nice and was full of people one of the nights. No homeless people were around the hotel but when you get a couple blocks away you have to deal with that.

地理位置位於漁人碼頭附近，出行很方便， 酒店價格比較聯合廣場貴，停車費75美元一晚，酒店沒有自己的停車場，建議租車前往的可以先自行前往周邊停車場停好車後入住。酒店服務很好，房間內東西很多，就是都需要付費的

房間乾淨衞生，地理位置一流，裝飾有點當年淘金時代風格. 但是服務人員態度一般，有點像麥當勞肯德基的前台，不苟言笑，中規中矩.

這家酒店就在漁人碼頭邊上，兩百米到海邊，灣景房看金門大橋和海景還是很不錯的，周邊有很多餐廳，賓館自己的藍美人魚餐廳的菜也不錯，賓館自己有停車場，酒店的人員都很友善，服務也很到位，總之除了價格貴了點，剩下沒什麼可挑剔的

had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and felt deeply disappointed by their service and attitude. When booking, I was charged three times for the same stay. The first two times were through the hotel’s official website, but I never received any confirmation emails, so I later booked again through 訂房網站. When I checked in, the hotel still charged me for all three bookings, even after I explained the situation. The staff insisted it was my responsibility to email or call them to verify the booking simply because I entered my credit card information online — even though I never received any confirmation at that time. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in countless hotels, but I’ve never experienced such unreasonable handling before. To make matters worse, the room was filled with chargeable items — from snacks and water bottles to even a $20 bear toy placed on the bed. It honestly felt like the hotel was trying to squeeze money from guests in every possible way. Add-on: After much discussion, the manager agreed to refund one night only. They printed out multiple confirmation emails and online records to “prove” it wasn’t their fault, even though the confirmation emails were sent after my booking was made. At that point, I just didn’t want to ruin my 訂房網站 further and had to accept it reluctantly. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far from what I’d expect from a so-called noble or luxury hotel. I truly hope the management reflects on how they treat their guests.
